Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Replacement

  Once our technicians inspect the device at our warehouse, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new item within 5 business days.
